JANUARY 8, 2018 – Scottsdale, AZ – WorldatWork, the leading nonprofit professional association in compensation and total rewards, has announced the appointment of Patrick W. Brundage as the organization’s new Chief Operating Officer.
Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in operations, consulting, product and service development, and sales leadership, and spent the last seven years as a Senior Principal at Axtria, a fast-growing commercial insights and operations solutions company. Prior to Axtria, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Analytics at Cognizant, a global leader in business and technology services. Patrick started his career as a consultant for ZS Associates, one of the world’s largest business services firms specializing in transforming sales and marketing from an art to a science.
WorldatWork, which welcomed its new President & CEO Scott Cawood in April of 2017, has recently reinvigorated its focus on exploring new opportunities to provide higher-value, timely experiences to its members that keep professionals ahead of trends in the rewards space. To that end, Brundage’s ability to utilize key analytical insights to provide the right experiences to consumers and businesses at the right time compliments this new business direction.
“WorldatWork has both the history to reflect on and the forward-thinking data to help our members navigate and be successful in delivering and managing their total rewards programs,” says Brundage. “I’m excited to be joining WorldatWork and looking forward to applying my entrepreneurial expertise, international experience and service-centric background to help serve the WorldatWork community in new and innovative ways.”
Cawood adds, “WorldatWork is the premier association for those professionals who reward and engage the workforce. With the fast pace of business and the varying needs of organizations and their workforces to remain competitive, Patrick’s keen insights into the needs of our members—leaders within organizations worldwide—further entrenches us as their go-to HR association.”
